3 Easy Ways of Making Your Website More User-Friendly

Google is consistently changing their metrics for ranking sites supported SEO searches. 

Now as a business owner, this constantly means you have got to stay up with those changes to outrank competitors. 

Could be a site which is SEO (keyword) friendly, and mobile navigability still a top priority? Or, has making a site easier to maneuver, and having faster loading speeds more important? irrespective of the industry your business is in, if you would like to rank atop the search engines, you wish to create your site user-friendly. 

These are some ways within which you'll just do that, and improve site ranking on Google, and other search engines.

1. Limit Restrictions:

Everyone knows those annoying popups which need you to input your email before a visitor can actually view your site? 

Or those annoying banner ads forcing visitors to click a link to maneuver forward? 

Well these are some of the things which are restricting your page from being user-friendly and make users to return or leave your website immediately, as it makes turning visitors away and this increases your website's bounce rate which in turn gives it negative rankings. 

Make the location as "limit-free" as possible. Remember, you're handling people, not programmers. Make the location as easy to use, navigate, and find content as possible.

2. KISS (Keep It Simple Stupid):

In terms of getting to make a username, confirm you create these easy for visitors to make. If they have to include: numbers, letters, symbols, etc, certain people are more likely to avoid creating a username. 

Also, make using features on the positioning simple. Allow visitors to "checkout" as a guest, instead of having to make an account when shopping online. Or make it easy for them to avoid wasting usernames (and passwords if they prefer to do so). 

This limits what quantity work they need to try and do when visiting your site, and makes it more likely they're visiting visit again within the future.

3. State it Up Front:

Let's take the example of a shopping site here. If you sell goods to consumers online, but don't ship to certain countries, clearly list this on the most page. 

Or if you simply accept PayPal as a payment method, inform your visitors of this on the homepage or in the beginning. It not only limits visitor frustration (who can't order after having tried and true several steps to achieve the checkout page), but lets visitors know what's required, before they will shop on your site.

Regardless of your niche, industry, or end-customer, user-friendly sites are desired by all site visitors. So as to create your site a touch easier to navigate and use, consider including some of those programming features, when developing your online site for visitors.
